The rule published a5 proposed in the Michigan Register was 171 pages and the rufe submitted with the JCAR report is 113 pages. | thought maybe when lread the public hearing transcript | could Ge the changes with the comments, but the USEPA must have subrnitted written comments? Can you please submit the written comments where DEC, made changes to the rules. Also when changes are made to the rule after public hearing car you be specific ragarding whi's comirnent prompted the change.
