RE: REP PHELPS FOIA REQUEST

Jim: It’s been over two weeks since our meeting where we were told that there was correspondence between the DEQ and the City of Flint regarding a the waiver of the permit requirement. We were promised that your office would search for that correspondence and provide it to Representative Phelps. We have not heard anything back from the DEQ since that meeting. Please advise when we can anticipate a response. Thank you. Keith D.
