AH, attached are a clean and rediine showing the changes that | rade to the PPA draft that we had on the table at our
meeting last Thursday regarding the City of Flint and Chevy In The Hole. You will see that | made several changes to
reduce the rate of the State in the PPA (see Sections 4, 7h, 15, 20, 24,35, 41, and the added signature lines}, The key
changes to address the coricerns expressed by the Department last Thursday are found in Section 327. | have forwarded
these attachmerits to Steve Mantle ard Christina Kelly for their comments and | have yet to hear back frorn them but
axpect to soon, | wanted to get these in your hands asap so that you could review therm before Hin has his meeting in
