Tom, i don’t think Liene or | have anything new to report as we are awaiting the response of the city fo our letter. in addition, the cily is probably not focusing or ihe lead issue. They are in compliance with the lead Action Level and if they had been feeding a phosphate under the umbrella of “maintaining optimal corrosion control treatment,” we would be accepting these lead results as evidence that they were mainiairing OCCT as itis my understanding that a community only has to meet the Action Level. not something below that level once they are optimizing corrosion cortrol. lam sure the city is more concerned eboul court decision last week that impacts cily weter revenues and rate setting and could resull in bankruptcy for the city. A judge ordered the city to rebate customers for an inappropriate water rate increase and also ordered the city to repay @ misappropriation of funds frorn the water deceriment from several years aga. He also ordered the city fo not terminate service for nonpayment of water bills since the rates are not justifiable. So they city has bigger issues on their agenda right now, We can check with Steve Busch about the status of Flint’s response to our letter and let you know Richard
