Just a little clarification {| hape) - Schoois on municipally supplied water are not generally tested under the lead and copper rule uniess there are not enough high priority sarnpling locations available to the water supnly for samnling. High priority sampling sites are residential with lead service Hines, Schools that are on their awn source of water {wells} are public water supplies (nontransient Noncommunity weter supplies} and are sampled under the Safe Drinking Water Act lead and copper rule. There are other regulatory agencies with oversight af schools including MBARD for their cafeteria operations anc DLARA for clumbing.
