Hi Liane. Tracie Pack sent me a list of addresses that the city of Flint has given water shut off notices to. There are 4 MHPs on the list. | asked her if she was handling it, and her response was “Na ~ We've been informed that while the Act requires the utility to natify us, we have no authority to do anything with the information received.” In the past, she would make contact with the community owner and try to get something worked out so the park wouldn’t lose water. So | imagine there will be more cases now where an entire community gets shut off. In the past, when | got these notices | would pass them along to the district as an FYI. Is there anything different we should be doing at this point?
