Liane, We found two discrepancies between the sampling point on the form and that on the bottle where you and Jack S. were the collectors. Can you help me with this? The first is a 1 liter sample where the form states 01CF024- B105 Rm but the bottle label is 01CB024. Based on the other samples, | believe the form is correct. Please confirm. | agree, the form is correct. The second is a 125 mL sample were the form reads 01CF032 Center(?) Rm but the bottle label is 01KC032. | believe the form is correct based on the others in the series. Please confirm. There were four sampling locations in the Community Room - 01DW031; 01CF032; 01KC033; and 01KC034. DW referred to the drinking water fountain/bubbler; CF would have been a low sink right next to the bubbler; and the KC designations were two adult height sinks. | would defer to the series in which the bottle was located. The four small bottles would have been banded together before the next series of samples was begun. Thanks for your help.
