Action Step 9: Review Construction Permit Application and issue permit for phosphate equipment. Mike Prysby discussed with the city of Flint’s consultant remaining items that are needed for issuance of Michigan’s Safe Drinking Water Act (Act 399) construction permit. Staff anticipate receiving these items tomorrow. Action Step 12: Contact city of Flint for Service Line Record status update and obtain a copy of the records to date. Staff obtained approximately 10,895 records from the City’s GIS system regarding service line index cards and extracted into a table format for additional data review. Data review has been initiated by Lansing District staff. Action Step 16: Confirm plumbing assessment and sampling is scheduled for Brownell K-2 STEM Academy and Eisenhower Elementary. DLARA and DEQ staff tentatively plan to conduct plumbing assessments at Brownell K-2 STEM Academy and Eisenhower Elementary on Friday 10/30. Additional Action Items: All of the 124 samples that were taken at Freeman Elementary School on Saturday October 24, 2015 were analyzed by the DEG Laboratory on Monday October 26, 2015. Karen, The only responsive records that would be potentially lab related in this request are in the first bullet item. However, | believe that this information should come from Line’s group as they consolidate and review records for the supplies.
