| checked in with Howard from the City of Flint today to find out how the transition to Detroit water was going. He indicated that Flint switched over in a controlled manner so as to minimize disruptions in the infrastructure. He said that the transition went very smoothly and that Flint is on Detroit water 100%. Howard also indicated that they would be doing testing throughout the distribution system and they would be focusing on hardness levels to determine the extent to which the Detroit water had made it through the system.
