Just like you should have protested ‘more’ over Snyder, Muchmore, and Virgil Smith's deal to 'give-away' the
public's Michigan State Fairgrounds to some ‘select, well-connected individuals’, you should have protested
vehemently over the decision to use Flint River water.
I told you the story. Fred, and the 21 men who lost their lives to bring you the cleanest water on planet, are
weeping even more now.
Fred taught me in Flint many years ago, that, not only is 'the secret to pollution ..dilution’, but...when you
make a mistake, admit it quickly (as soon as you know), and fix it!

Don't balme Detroit. Blame the Feds (and the State MDEQ & Governors).
It's interesting that this estimate of $13 billion comes from the Feds (EPA). Weren't they the ones who forced federal oversight, ala,
Federal Judge Feikens on DWSD back around 1976? What the ‘h' did he, and his succesor, do for 39 years except put DWSD $5.2
Billion in debt?
The problem started when Detroit changed it Charter and no longer required the Head of DWSD to be a professional engineer. The
solution was simple. Change the Charter back. Instead, Feikens 'messed' around with people like Duggan's buddy Tom Lewand (who
collected $1 million in 9 years and did ‘jack'). Bob Daddow is probably the right man, for now, but unfortunately, unlike Brooks, he
will not live forever, then who will be in charge?
Engineers built DWSD, and engineers should run and fix it. And if they steal, and do 'crap' work like they have been doing, they need
to have their license pulled and get a bed next to Kwame.
And the Feds, along with the State, need to cough up the $5.2 Billion.

Snyder is a ‘glorified accountant', he makes decisions solely on the basis of the ledger book. This is an
‘engineering problem’, way above the level of an accountant. He actually 'screwed up! DWSD's books by
allowing this switch to take place. Snyder cares nothing about Michigan's children as evidenced by the way he
hoards cash ($600 million) in the Rainy Day Fund, while their brains are damaged by lead and alcohol, their
teeth rot, and they go 'malnourished'. Nice 'Dad'.

Interesting, Sara Wurfel, the Governor's spokesperson, and her husband, Brad Wurfel, spokesperson for the
MEDQ (who are also to blame for DWSD's & now Flint's problems).
