Thave a call in to the CEO of United Way, he is currently on a conference call discussing the filter questions now. Mayar, Can you please tell me if these are the filters that were donated by the United Way in conjunction with Home Depot and other local Partners? We were not inciuched in the filter selection for those filters. i car tell you that when | visited the filter distribution with Director Wyant | was able to chat with a gartleman from Home Depot. | did not want te open the box so that the filter could be given out, but the box | exarnined clearly indicated that it had been certified by NSF International. | then asked the gentlernan very specifically if the filter was designed for lead removal and he informed me that i was in fact certified for lead rarnoval. {will see if DHHS has any additional information.
