Do I understand that the multiple violations are probably all monitoring violations? If so, I
won't worry about lumping them together.
Is there a way to separate out the number of systems that had these 1200 violations?
At the very least we need to be able to show how Flint fits in - what are there numbers over
those two years?

So far it shows 1110 violations for calendar 13 & ‘14. 200 are MCL, which leaves 910 other
violations. However, there are many violations we would count as 1 that SDWIS counts as more, ie.
a system fails to collect DBP — that is 2 or more violations. A VOC MV counts as 20 violations in
SDWIS, etc.
What would you like to do?

| need someone to provide a list or summary of the violations that have occurred in 2013 and 2014. Kris is out until
Thursday, maybe Friday and Jean is still out for a few weeks. It may be as simple as running a standard report, but it’s
easier for me to ask you than to figure that out right now.
| thought of you two, as the SDWIS back-up (Deb) and someone Kris tells me is more savvy in manipulating databases
than one may realize (Adam). Could either of you provide some sort of report on the statewide violations for the past 2
calendar years? The request from upstairs wants all violations, but | think it would be beneficial to at least say what
portion are monitoring violations and what portion are MCL and other violations.
Let me know if you can or cannot meet this request.
Thanks,
