As we discussed on December 11 and December 15, it is important to gain operational experience at the Flint Plant prior to distribution of KWA-sourced water. We have informally referred to this as a “shakedown” period for ensuring a safe and appropriate transition to the new water source. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
