BYE BOND Hi Dennis: Some time ago | obtained former Treasurer Andy Dillon’s appointment calendar, under FOIA. On March 25, 2013, at 5 p.m., it lists: “Call with Dennis Muchmore regarding Flint Water Supply Alternatives.” Later that evening, the city council of Flint, which was under a state-appointed emergency manager, voted to switch its water supply from the city of Detroit to a new Karegnondi Water Authority. Can you please call me to discuss your/the state’s role in that decision? Also, for another time, maybe in December, would love to do an exit interview before you leave your current post.
