Attached is information regarding the public meeting in Flint tomorrow night (Wed. 1/21) regarding the City’s
drinking water violation.
Mike Prysby and I will be participating in a panel to answer questions. Brad has planned to attend to help
address the media.
In addition to the media, local members of the Michigan Legislature are also planning to attend or have staff
attend.

Appears that Alpena and Alpena Township are involved in a dispute regarcing water rates. Alpena Township has not
been paying the full ammount owed to the city because they belleve the rates are too high. | understand that the balance
owed has been placed in an escrow account.
The city is considering severing service to the township for lack of payment.
