Hello Brad, At anytime between when Flint disconnected from Detroit water until October of 2015 did anyone at MDEQ say that precaution should be exercised? Meaning, test results may technically indicate that Flint water was safe, but residents and outside experts say there's a problem. Therefore, given the seriousness of the issue for human health, shouldn't MDEQ have erred on the side of precaution and taken all possible steps to inform and protect Flint citizens as far back as January or February of 2015?
