KWA - LHWI Septic system

Lowell- The following concern was raised by the State as a part of their building plan review. Can you please review and find a common ground so we can get approved: MDEQ was concerned about the septic tank being too near to the building. MDEQ said it should be place 10 minimum from the building; we were under the impression that the health department did not want it too far from the building. I know the Health Department moved it from our original location which was further away. I think their concern was driving over the pipe from the building to the septic. Please provide clarification on the reason why it was moved closer to the building. Thanks, Kevin E. Cook, P.E.
