Lowell- The following concern was raised by the State as a part of their building plan review. Can you please review and find a common ground so we can get approved: MDEQ was concerned about the septic tank being too near to the building. MDEQ said it should be place 10 minimum from the building; we were under the impression that the health department did not want it too far from the building. I know the Health Department moved it from our original location which was further away. I think their concern was driving over the pipe from the building to the septic.
