Also include the following statement in the CCR, regardless of the lead and copper levels: if present, elevated levels of lead can cause serious health problems, especially for pregnant women and young children. Lead in drinking water is primarily from materials and components associated with service lines and home plumbing. Jeff, Just to let you know | am awaiting results for 22 communities including Detroit. Flint is missing two samples, they brought their samples in on Friday but two were under the six hours | told them to call MDEQ. Everyone else that brought us their samples have complete sets. Almont, Bloomfield Twp., Fraser, Hamtramck, Lapeer, Northville, Shelby Twp,. and Wixom did not bring us any samples. | assume they went to a private lab or they are on a different schedule.
