DEQ does have a Drinking Water Revolving Fund program that provides low interest infrastructure loans to communities to address public health/water quality issues. Unfortunately, the program does not provide bottled water.

Lori, Iam not aware of any funding that would be available to provide bottled water. At this time, the city of Flint is providing drinking water that meets state and federal standards. It is my understanding that the city is planning to sample at various school locations to check the lead and copper results to see if there is cause for concern.
