The attached guidance sheet was just finalized yesterday. It is going in the mail today to the almost 200 licensed facilities we have in City of Flint and the Genesee County Health Department is sending to all their affected food service establishments. If you work with city of Flint facilities, please work with them to answer their questions. We’re looking to be consultative and not regulatory on this issue, unless we find a specific situation that needs to be addressed. Flint is being reconnected to Detroit City Water, which is expected to minimize lead concerns soon. Feel free to contact me or the food service consultants with questions.
