Thanks Tom. What you're saying makes a lot of sense. From the map, it seerns like GCHD wants to highlight the nurnber of cases with BLL between 5 and 9 ug/di {inclusive} and thase with BLL 10 ug/di or greater. This would be difficult to portray ina single choronleth map. i'm not entirely sure what message GCHD warts to get across with the map but two chorapleth rnaps would be a shripler solution to randomizing the points across the city af Flint.

This portion of what’s written under “Geographic Aggregation Tool” - join neighboring geographic areas together until a user defined population and/or number of cases is reached — is what | was getting at during our meeting this morning. That is, you expand a geographic area until a certain minimal number of cases are contained, then indicate the number of cases within that section (or have a variety of ranges of cases and create a choropleth map).
