Media: Water County: Genesee Ticket # 1498 Incident Description: There is a sanitary sewer that runs parallel with the Flint river that has had several line breaks. This is causing a sheen on the water. Some of this has solidified along the river bank and is white in color. This is approximately % mile down the bike trail where Bray Rd. ends S of Carpenter. Whatever is coming out of the line, is coming out steady.
