Following up from this morning's meeting on Flint. Wondering if you can clarify for us here in SBO, the State Lab need
for testing faucet samples. Is this an expense the EPA can pick up?
If not, are we able to utilize fund balance within the Environmental Protection Fund to cover? If I'm not mistaken, this
fund is comprised of settlement resources and by statute, can essentially be utilized to cover the universe of
environmental matters.
