KWA Groundbreaking Bus Departure Location

All, lam contacting you because you have registered for a spot on the bus transporting individuals to and from the KWA Groundbreaking Ceremony this Friday, June 28'", We have made a determination on the location where we will be departing Genesee County. Due to a lack of parking space, WE WILL NOT BE LEAVING FROM OUR OFFICES. Instead we will be departing from the UAW Ball Fields out on Torrey Road. The address is 4151 Torrey Road in Flint. The bus will leave EXACTLY at 8:00 a.m. in order to insure that we arrive at our destination in time. We strongly suggest that everyone plan to be at the Ball Fields location no later than 7:45 a.m. to allow enough time to park and board the bus. Attached are an invitation letter, a flyer with more information, and a map of the area. Commissioner Wright will be mailing you a copy of each of these, but we wanted to make you aware of the event as soon as we could so that you could reserve the date.
