Mike, As a follow-up to my phone call, the Genesse County Drain Commissioner, Jeff Wright, is looking to set up a joint meeting with the DEQ and MDARD to discuss regulations relating to farmers taping into the KWA pipeline for raw water. He is starting to get questions and he wants to make sure he is sharing accurate information with those farmers.
